Client Booking Terms

These Client Booking Terms apply when you submit a booking through a Shot Roster event page.

Shot Roster provides the booking platform. The photographer offering the event is an independent photographer or media provider responsible for their own services.

Your booking is with the photographer or business listed on the event page, not with Shot Roster.

Shot Roster does not provide the photography/video services, set the photographer's prices, collect direct payments for the photographer, guarantee deliverables, or decide refund disputes.

By submitting a booking, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or
• You are the parent/legal guardian or authorized adult submitting the booking for the athlete

For athletes under age 13, a parent or legal guardian must submit the booking.

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and current. This may include athlete/client name, contact information, school/team information, sports details, package selections, notes, and other booking form answers.

Payment instructions are provided by the photographer.

Payments made through Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, PayPal, card links, or similar services are between you and the photographer or the applicable third-party payment provider.

Shot Roster does not currently process direct payment for photographer services.

The photographer's posted booking policy, refund policy, cancellation policy, and event-specific instructions govern the booking where applicable.

Photographers are responsible for handling cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, payment disputes, weather issues, event changes, no-shows, delivery questions, and service concerns.

Shot Roster is not responsible for resolving photographer/client service disputes.

The photographer is responsible for explaining:

• What the package includes
• Whether the event offers photo, video, or both
• Delivery method
• Estimated delivery timing
• Event-day procedures
• Any package limitations

Events may change because of weather, venue decisions, scheduling changes, athletic organization rules, cancellations, or other circumstances. Contact the photographer listed on the event page for questions about an event, coverage, payment, rescheduling, or delivery.

Your booking information is shared with the photographer connected to the event so they can manage the booking and communicate about services.

You may not submit false information, impersonate another person, misuse a payment method, harass photographers, interfere with bookings, or use the platform unlawfully.
