Introduction

Welcome to Shot Roster. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Shot Roster website, dashboard, public photographer pages, booking pages, and related services.

By creating an account, using Shot Roster, publishing an event, submitting a booking, or otherwise accessing the platform, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use Shot Roster.

Section 1 — About Shot Roster

Shot Roster is a software platform built to help sports photographers create branded event pages, collect bookings, manage packages, organize client information, track payments, create shoot sheets, and manage event-day workflows.

Shot Roster is a platform provider. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Shot Roster does not provide photography, videography, media, payment-processing, delivery, refund, or client services on behalf of photographers.

Section 2 — Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding agreement to use Shot Roster.

Photographer accounts are intended for adults and businesses offering sports photography or related sports media services.

Booking forms may be completed by adult athletes or by a parent/legal guardian acting for an athlete. A person under age 13 may not directly submit personal information through a Shot Roster booking form. A parent or legal guardian must submit the booking for athletes under age 13.

Section 3 — Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate account information
  • Keeping your password secure
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • All activity occurring through your account
  • Updating your information when it changes

You may not share account access in a way that compromises account security or allows unauthorized users to access client information.

Section 4 — Photographer Responsibilities

Photographers using Shot Roster are independently responsible for:

  • Their services
  • Package descriptions
  • Pricing
  • Payment instructions
  • Client communication
  • Photography/video delivery

Photographers must ensure that their event pages, descriptions, payment details, and client-facing content are accurate and not misleading.

Section 5 — Client Bookings

When a client submits a booking through Shot Roster, the booking is between the client and the photographer.

Shot Roster does not guarantee:

  • That a photographer will accept, complete, deliver, or refund a booking
  • That a client will pay
  • That a client or photographer will meet any separate agreement
  • The quality, safety, legality, timing, or outcome of photography/video services

Section 6 — Payments

During beta, Shot Roster does not process client-to-photographer payments.

Photographers may provide direct payment methods such as Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, PayPal, card links, or other methods.

Payments made to photographers are transactions between the client and photographer. Photographers are responsible for payment disputes, refunds, chargebacks, payment instructions, taxes, and recordkeeping.

Shot Roster may introduce paid plans, fees, or payment-processing features in the future. Any future charges will be disclosed before they apply.
