Shot Roster is a sports photography booking platform. We collect information needed to provide photographer dashboards, public event pages, booking forms, communication tools, and event-management features.

• Athlete name
• Parent/client name

• Jersey/bib number
• Race, event, division, position, or sports details
• Custom form responses
• Selected package

Technical Information:

• Device/browser information

A photographer may access booking information only for events they own or manage through their authorized Shot Roster account.

Photographers are responsible for using client and athlete information only for legitimate booking, event, communication, photography/video delivery, and related business purposes.

Shot Roster does not currently process direct client-to-photographer payments.

Payment instructions may be provided by photographers using third-party services. Those payment services have their own privacy practices and terms.

Shot Roster may store payment status information, such as Paid, Unpaid, or Pending, to help photographers organize bookings.

Shot Roster is not intended for children to independently submit personal information.

For athletes under age 13, a parent or legal guardian must submit the booking and provide any required information.

For athletes under age 18, we encourage bookings to be submitted by a parent, guardian, or authorized adult when appropriate.

We may share information:

• With the photographer connected to a booking
• With vendors/service providers that help operate Shot Roster
• When required by law, legal process, or government request
• To protect rights, safety, users, or platform security
• In connection with a business transfer, merger, acquisition, or asset sale, if applicable

We do not sell personal information for advertising purposes.

We keep account and booking information while an account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain records.

Users may request deletion of account information by contacting Tacoflickzphotography@gmail.com, subject to legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, operational, and recordkeeping needs.

Shot Roster uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information.

No system is completely secure. Users should protect passwords, use secure devices, and avoid sharing account access.

Photographer pages may include third-party links, payment links, social links, websites, or services. Shot Roster is not responsible for third-party privacy practices.
