Photographer Agreement

This Photographer Agreement applies to photographers and businesses using Shot Roster to create public profiles, events, booking pages, packages, payment instructions, shoot sheets, and booking-management tools. By creating a photographer account or using photographer features, you agree to this Photographer Agreement.

You are an independent photographer or business.

Shot Roster does not employ, supervise, direct, insure, endorse, or guarantee your services.

You are solely responsible for your business, clients, services, pricing, delivery, policies, taxes, and legal compliance.

You agree to provide accurate and current:

• Business information
• Public profile details
• Event descriptions
• Pricing
• Package descriptions
• Payment instructions
• Contact information
• Booking policies

You may not create misleading, deceptive, false, or confusing listings.

You are responsible for clearly explaining:

• Whether your event offers photo, video, or both
• What each package includes
• Delivery expectations
• Turnaround time
• Client communication
• Event-day coverage
• Any exclusions or limitations
• Cancellation/refund practices

You are responsible for all client-facing payment collection, payment disputes, refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, taxes, and payment instructions.

Shot Roster does not currently process direct client-to-photographer payments and is not responsible for disputes between you and your clients.

You may use booking information only for legitimate sports photography/media business purposes connected to the booking.

You may not:

• Sell booking data
• Share booking data without authorization
• Use client data for unrelated marketing without permission
• Access another photographer's data
• Collect unnecessary sensitive information
• Misuse minor athlete information

You are responsible for using reasonable care when working with minor athletes and complying with applicable laws, school rules, venue rules, athletic organization rules, media policies, and parental/guardian requirements.

You may not use Shot Roster for:

• Illegal activity
• Harassment
• Fraud
• Deceptive pricing
• Adult services/content
• Copyright infringement
• Trademark infringement
• Invasion of privacy
• Harmful, abusive, or discriminatory content
• Malware, spam, or phishing
• Non-sports-related prohibited commercial activity

You retain ownership of content you upload, including logos, event images, descriptions, and business materials.

You grant Shot Roster a limited license to host, display, process, and use the content only as needed to operate and promote your public pages and platform features.

You confirm that you have the right to use all uploaded content.

You are responsible for protecting login credentials and limiting access to authorized users.

You must promptly notify Shot Roster if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Shot Roster may suspend, limit, or terminate your account if you violate these terms, misuse client data, engage in fraud, infringe rights, use the service unlawfully, threaten platform security, or otherwise harm users or Shot Roster.

Shot Roster is free during beta. Paid plans, fees, or additional features may be introduced in the future with notice.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Shot Roster from claims arising from your services, events, packages, payments, client disputes, uploaded content, or violation of law or agreements.

This Photographer Agreement is governed by North Carolina law.
