Refund Policy

Shot Roster is a booking platform. During beta, Shot Roster does not process direct client-to-photographer payments.

Refunds for photography/video services are controlled by the photographer who offered the event and accepted the booking.

Clients should review the photographer's event-specific booking policy and contact the photographer directly for cancellation, rescheduling, refunds, payment disputes, weather-related issues, or delivery questions.

Shot Roster does not automatically issue refunds for photographer services.
